icom software package provides Software control for ICOM radios with CI-V interface, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icom
icom is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icom package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icom *
You will get with icom package name, version, architecture and description in a table
